Faith In Humanity

This is an assignment for school, "Environmental self portrait"

I took an existing photograph of me goofing off with friends and turned it into something serious. There were many ideas on what could come out on the other end of the screwdriver as it passed through my brain. I chose faith in humanity because I lack that. As I push all the backward ideas out of my head and unlearn what was tought and forced on you in this consumerist society, I lost my faith in humanity ( and religion ) One of the only times I had faith in human beings is when I had no choice but to hope for something better, this is when I was hitch hiking, feeling stranded in an unknown location you have no choice but trust that the next person that pulls over isint going to stick a weapon in your face.


This image is about throwing out the trash that is the product of the mainstream media, and creating your truths and following your own path.
